Trégunc: 23 km of coastline, from hidden coves to wide sandy beaches
Trégunc boasts the longest coastline of any commune in southern Finistère: 23 kilometres of rugged shoreline, from pocket-sized coves nestled between granite boulders to long stretches of white sand open to the Atlantic. Two outstanding sites frame the commune: the Pointe de Trévignon to the south, protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral, and the GR34 coastal path linking all the beaches in one spectacular trail.
Bathing water in Trégunc is rated "Excellent" by the Ministry of Health. On a clear day, you can spot the Glénan archipelago from the headland, and the sunsets over the Baie de Concarneau are among the finest in Brittany. The commune is also known for its "standing stones" (Mein Zao), granite monoliths that punctuate the landscape and give it a truly unique character.
